Returns Policy

Important Refund Guidelines

Here are our guidelines...
  1. We offer a 100% refund policy on most SA Business Hub programs, teleclasses, live events, teaching licenses and memberships.
     
  2. We will process refunds within 10 business days of your refund request.

  3. Live Events - Satisfaction Guarantee
    If, at the end of any live event (Intensive, Full Practice Marketing Conference, SA Business Hub Conference, etc.), you feel that the event was not worth the fee you paid for, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, in its entirety. This refund is valid within 30 days of the last day of the event.

    Please note: in order to process your refund, we ask you to confirm your understanding that by requesting a refund, you give up your right to use any of the material, forms, concepts, terms, skills or other related resources that you've learned, experienced, viewed or used from your attendance at the live event. You may send your statement and your refund request to us by clicking here
     
  4. Live Events - Cancellations, Transfers and No-Shows
    We offer a full 100% refund of your payment/registration fee provided that you cancel at least 30 days prior to the live event. No refunds are applicable should you cancel less that 30 days before the event or if you didn't attend the live event (no-show) for any reason. In either case, should you wish, we would be happy to transfer your registration to the same event type in another city (Intensives, Full Practice, etc.) with no additional fee or penalty. You may also transfer your registration to another person anytime, without a fee or penalty.
     
  5. SA Business Hub Courses, TeleClasses, Programs and Teaching Licenses - Satisfaction Guarantee
    If, within 60 days of purchase of any SA Business Hub Course, TeleClass, Program and/or Teaching License, you feel that the course, teleclass, program and/or teaching license was not worth the fee you paid for, you will be refunded 100% of your tuition fee, in its entirety.

    Please note: in order to process your refund, we ask you to confirm your understanding that by requesting a refund, you give up your right to use any of the material, forms, concepts, terms, skills or other related resources that you've learned, experienced, viewed or used based on the SA Business Hub course, teleclass, program and/or teaching license that you have purchased. You may send your statement and your refund request to us by clicking here
     
  6. SA Business Hub "Live TeleClass" Programs and Teaching Licenses - Cancellations
    We offer a full 100% refund of your payment/registration fee provided you cancel at least 30 days prior to the first session of the scheduled live teleclass. No refunds are applicable for cancellations less than 30 days before the first session. In either case, if you prefer, we would be happy to transfer your registration fees towards another SA Business Hub course, teleclass, program, teaching license or live event.
     
  7. SA Business Hub Memberships

    1. Membership Cancellation, Termination and Satisfaction Guarantee
      If, at any time, you feel that your SA Business Hub Membership was not worth the fee you paid for, you will be refunded 100% of your membership fee, in its entirety.

      Refunds are granted provided that you cancel your SA Business Hub membership indefinitely.

    Please note: in order to process your refund, we do require an email statement from you promising NOT to use any of the material, forms, concepts, terms, skills or other related resources that you've learned, experienced, viewed or used from your SA Business Hub membership.   8. SA Business Hub Referral Logos
    All SA Business Hub Referral logos and upgrade fees are non-refundable.
     
  9. Classified Listings
    We do not offer any refunds on Classified listings.
     
  10. SA Business Hub CDs & Digital Media
    A full 100% refund is available provided that you return the CDs ( Forms Book, Business and Coaching Models, etc.) in their original packaging. You may send your CDs and/or other SA Business Hub Digital Media items to: SA Business Hub Returns

    Please note: in order to process your refund, we do require a written statement from you promising NOT to use any of the material, forms, concepts, terms, skills or other related resources that you've learned, experienced, viewed or used from the SA Business Hub Digital Media that you ordered.
