I would like to know if one person can be a member of two close corporations in the same industry? Owning 49% of one and 51% in the other? |

There is no legal contraint as far as I know. The only downside is that you would not qualify for small business tax benefits if you have membership in more than one cc Luther Diedericks www.sabusinesshub.co.za |
