The story of Callaway Golf begins with the company's founder and namesake Ely Callaway, a passionate businessman and well known figure in the game of Golf. From the beginning the company was committed to producing quality product for golfers of all skill levels. The Callaway RAZR X Irons is lower, deeper center of gravity and a consistently hot face for distance and accuracy. Center of gravity 12% lower and 15% deeper by redistributing 30 grams of weight in the back cavity, this provides the power and forgiveness of a wide-sole iron with the playability of a thin-sole iron. After a couple swings with the callaway razr I thought they were hard to hit and then I remembered it was the first time I had went to the range in about 5 months because of the cold weather. once I got used to them they are actually an amazing iron and does everything the experts said it would do. Im not a callaway fan and never thought I would buy anything callaway, but after reading each great review after another I bought them and Im glad I did. been golfing for only 3 years now and i feel like these irons are going to drastically improve my game over time. I played on the course 2 times with them and noticed I could really attack the flag with them, not used to doing that since I only have a couple years of experience. I was able to hit my 8 iron 150 yards and my 7 iron 165 yards and thats amazing to me. Yes I know callaway razr irons might be normal to someone who has been playing for a long time, but it sure made me feel good! I def recommend them to anyone who is trying to take the next step, but def not the club you need if your just starting out because you will look like an idiot trying to hit razr x because the forgiveness is a lot less than an oversized iron. |
