Shoulder Stretches For Golf If you want to hit longer golf drives, you must do shoulder stretches for golf. Many golfers ignore the importance of stretching and pay the price with a weak, tight and restricted golf swing that lacks power and consistency. If golfers continue to blow off stretching for golf they will have many years of frustrated golf ahead. I want you to watch this video I shot doing a very effective shoulder stretch specific to your golf swing. Then afterward, click on the link below the video to get a complete stretching program for golf. Once you realize your muscles may be the culprit to your swing faults and lack of power, you will "see the light" and become a more powerful and consistent golfer. Here's a question to ask yourself. When you attempt to make a full swing, do you feel tight? Is there tension in your muscles at the end of your backswing? If so, this is not a technique issue, but a flexibility one. |
