Post subject:  Plan Your Practice

Practice is what we golfers always talking about. But few of us have a plan.

With a good body, golfers can practice golf without any problem. Mental fitness is just as important. Find ways to relieve yourself of stress. Develop a regular meditation time alone or with family/friends. Keep your mind sharp by exercising it with reading or with puzzles like crosswords.

The second thing is thinking about "time management". Like most of you, I can't just disappear for hours to play or practice on the course by using r11s driver. So, I decided to come up with some home based practice techniques. It was during this time that I learned how valuable it is to record yourself on video tape for later review. You don't need to hit a real ball (you can use a plastic practice ball for drives and chips) in your back yard. The important thing is to make the same swing that you always make and then review that swing to determine your weaknesses.

Develop a regular and consistent practice routine. Many find themselves wanting to play more and practice less with r11 driver when it is the opposite that gets better results as far as scores go. By practicing more, you develop techniques and muscle memory that will carry well into your game.

You can triple the effectiveness of your golf practice if you bring a friend with you. Buy one large bucket and share a stall. Take turns hitting a few shots each. Tell your friend what you are working on and ask him to describe how it looks. Watch one another from the side and behind to get different angles. Ask your partner to focus on different elements of the swing: the grip, setup, plane, top of back swing, lower body position, shoulder turn, etc.

Practice makes perfect, hope you enjoy it.
