A friend of mine is i the process of starting and new printing business. How will she know if she has covered everything she needs to by the time she starts?

Even if you went to a business similar to the one you are wanting to start and asked them to give you their playbook from the beginning, things would still pop up outside of that plan. This is why only a handful of people actually own their own businesses. The best thing she can do is be financially able to handle those times when it doesn't go as planned, and be able to expect the unexpected. Not everyone has this trait...it is important that she develops this skill or hires someone who can!
